Design Without Worry

Simple & Streamlined Process

Once you click the "checkout" button, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you have provided. If you don't receive an email confirmation, it means we never received your order. You can keep track of your order details or place a new order by signing in to your account.
You will upload completed art templates during the checkout process. After we receive the templates, expect e-proofs to arrive in your inbox within 72 hours. E-proofs provide a general idea of what the actual products will look like. However, please note that they are not 100% accurate as computer and smartphone screens can distort color. Carefully review the e-proof and confirm that the product color, text, font color, size, style, artwork design, size, and placement are all correct. Kindly email Team@DoubletakByDesign.com with your approval or changes within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your e-proof.
The estimated turnaround time for your order can be found on the product page. Please keep in mind that your order will be created from scratch, so it may take longer to produce. During busy seasons, production and shipping times may increase. After we receive your approval for all artwork related to your order, it will be added to the production line.
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Additionally, you can sign into your account to check the status of your order. We work with the most reliable carriers in the industry to ensure timely delivery of your orders. That said, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen shipping delays, customs hold-ups, or natural calamities. Please note that we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Please note the following important information: RETURN POLICY All sales are final as each item is made to order. Returns are not accepted. EXACT QUANTITY: While we strive for perfection, there may be rare instances (~1% of the time) where merchandise is damaged or misprinted during production. If receiving an exact quantity is crucial for your order, we suggest ordering extras to ensure you have enough. ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to make any changes or cancellations to an order, please do so in writing before approving the e-proof(s). You can send your request to Team@DoubletakeByDesign. AUTHORITY TO USE: By using Doubletake By Design/Doubletake Promotional Marketing, Inc. for merchandise, print, packaging, and web store services, you authorize us to use all logos, designs, and colors depicted. Additionally, you certify that you have the authority to use these logos. SHIPPING: We currently only ship to addresses within the USA.
